Submitting a contact form, requesting a free estimate, or calling us does not create a contract for services. All work must be authorized under a separately signed written agreement or work order between you and CPR.
Free written estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of assessment. Actual scope, materials, and pricing may change if, during work, additional damage or conditions are discovered — for example, hidden water damage, mold, structural issues, or code-required upgrades. Any such changes will be presented to you and, where applicable, to your insurance carrier via a supplement claim before proceeding.
We aim to dispatch emergency crews within approximately 60 minutes of your call across our primary service zone in Greater Philadelphia. Response times are estimates only and are not guarantees. Actual response times may vary due to weather, traffic, active-storm demand, crew availability, geographic distance, and events outside our reasonable control. If you have an active life-safety emergency, please call 911 first.
Where you authorize us to do so, CPR may communicate directly with your insurance carrier or adjuster, document damage, prepare scopes in industry-standard formats (e.g., Xactimate), and submit supplement requests. However:
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, layout, and code — is owned by or licensed to Central Property Restoration & Rebuild and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display — is prohibited without our prior written consent.
When you submit information through our contact form, upload photos, leave reviews, or otherwise send content to us ("User Content"), you grant CPR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display the User Content solely for purposes of providing services to you, coordinating your insurance claim, and improving our operations. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights in the User Content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, insurance carrier portals, blog references, or social media). CPR does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPR disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
This disclaimer applies to your use of the Site. Warranties on restoration and construction work performed at your property are governed by the written contract or work order signed for that project.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will CPR, its owners, employees, affiliates, or subcontractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPR's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in this section limits CPR's liability under a signed services contract or under any law that cannot be waived.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CPR and its owners, employees, affiliates, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site in violation of these Terms, (b) any User Content you submit, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
